Refund policy

Failed generations are refunded automatically. Unused credit packs can be requested for refund within 7 days.

Request a refund for an unused one-time credit pack within 7 days of purchase. Contact support with your account email and order number. Spent credits are excluded; applicable consumer rights still apply.

Cancel anytime. Subscription credits remain until your plan ends, then expire. One-time pack credits never expire.

For account, credits, billing, generation, or deletion requests, include your account email, order number or task ID. Never send passwords or card details.
